"WAY TOO AZN" TALKBACK UBC, in the last week of February

Date:
Mon, 02/21/2011 (All day) - Fri, 02/25/2011 (All day)

After the forum and rally, we should by now have established a coat of credibility and our cause would hopefully be spread far and wide. It will be easier to gather attendees and sponsors.

"WAY TOO AZN" UBC Student/Faculty Party Rally

Date:
Thu, 02/03/2011 (All day)

The first day of the Lunar New Year!

After we hold the Forum, we can organize a rally two weeks later on the first day of the Lunar New Year. What better motive to party/share and celebrate cultures? With our established partnerships (via "warm-calling" and having "warm leads"), we can pull a bigger turnout and stronger visibility to our cause. Red pockets for all (we will give out our buttons in the red pockets for donations)!

"WAY TOO AZN" Introductory Forum: A Sequel to UBC's Nov. 25th Forum

Date:
Thu, 01/20/2011 - 12:00 - 13:30

Now that we have a media kit to legitimize our cause, we can approach student clubs and presidents with more ease and credibility. Our goal is to create partnerships with each UBC student club. We will help organize these three events on behalf of our committee and the partnering clubs, in exchange, the partnering student clubs put their logo on a fifth page of the media kit and will commit to help promote our events through their club newsletters and mailing lists.
